Many times they don’t just tell me how to do a “fix” on something I’ve goofed up myself — they have gone in and fixed it for me, saving me tons of confusion. Also, the spam filter and the web based email software is very good.
EXCELLENT support team. Doesn’t matter what time of the day, if you have any sort of issue… There has been ZERO downtime this past year and the network has performed very well. The Reseller plans are well featured and have plenty of space and BW.
